Tim is highly acknowledged within the European BPO
industry for his successful development of strategic Business
Process Outsourcing transactions. Prior to founding Alsbridge
Tim was a Founder and Managing Partner for ALS Consulting a
management consultancy assisting clients within BPO, IT and
Shared Services transactions.
During his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers Tim developed
the initial strategy for entry into the BPO market in 1994
and led their first two successful deals for BP in South America
and BP/Mobil in Western Europe. Subsequently, he joined Ernst
& Young where he was part of the team that grew the European
BPO practice into a £1billion business with clients
including Agilent, Ericsson and Shell.
Following the merger with Capgemini, he became global leader
of their BPO business with clients including C&W, Syngenta
and Unilever. Tim founded ALS in 2002 with Rick Simmonds. |
