Rick is an established industry leader with a
successful track record in outsourcing consulting and building
BPO businesses for major players.
Prior to Alsbridge and as a Founder and Partner for ALS
Consulting, Rick has advised many global corporations through
Business Process Outsourcing solutions. He has extensive
BPO and ITO deal experience, and has played a key role on
deals with the London Stock Exchange, Exel, Shell, Agilent,
Jardine Matheson, Nestlé and others.
As a founding member of the BPO team in Accenture (then
Andersen Consulting), Rick established and ran an independent
outsourcing advisory firm, subsequently becoming the first
partner in Ernst & Young's European BPO team.
Rick has a BA in English/Law from Clare College, Cambridge.
