an Accredited Catalist Supplier for the provision of Outsourcing
and Shared Services consultancy across the public sector.
Our Framework Agreement, awarded by the Office of Government
Commerce’s (OGC) executive agency OGCbuying.solutions,
enables our public sector clients to procure our services
with maximum ease.
OGCbuying.solutions provides public sector
procurement professional with a route to the products and
services they need to maximize procurement efficiency and
value for money. Its contracts and framework agreements offer
substantial savings through significant buying power, economies
of scale and strategic partnerships. These savings are counted
towards the Efficiency Review target. Rigorous tendering and
evaluation processes ensure that products and services are
checked for quality, price competitiveness, fitness for purpose
and compliance with statutory requirements.
Our framework agreement (known as Outsourcing,
Lot 3) includes In-house service provision, Business Process
Outsourcing, Transformational Outsourcing, Offshoring, Near
Shoring, In-Sourcing and Backsourcing.

in all these areas, and can significantly assist the decision-making
and transition processes for public sector organisations looking
