Peter is a qualified chartered accountant with
extensive experience of Shared Services, process optimization
and automation in both BPO and in-house environments. Peter
worked for KPMG Consulting for 17 years, including six years
as a partner, where he specialized in finance process improvement.
He also led KPMG’s large and successful World Class
Finance team, which included large pan-European Shared Services
projects for blue chip clients.
Most currently he has focused on the use of new and emerging
technologies for making step changes in process efficiency,
which has resulted in clients achieving performance levels
well above accepted first quarterly benchmarks. He has played
a key role in Shared Services and BPO deals for Nestlé,
Serono, Siemens and others.
