Alsbridge was selected to define and implement the path forward for the organization, which included a comprehensive due diligence effort on the parent company's infrastructure to enable a thorough understanding of the IT and HR requirements the client would have. After completing the due diligence on the current state, we re-engineered the processes to allow for the lowest possible cost solution and recommended a strategy to outsource Full-Service Information Technology services and a large number of HR functions.
