Implementing your strategy requires executing programs and projects that span the enterprise and often include key providers. ISG’s Project Management experts help ensure those projects are successful by keeping schedules on track, recognizing and managing risks and continually communicating status. Implementing ISG’s Project Management Office (PMO) further enhances success by providing a consistent framework to integrate initiatives across the organization. ISG also performs assessments to measure the health of existing PMOs and identify how they can improve to better serve the needs of the business.
