Simon is an expert in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). He has more than 25 years of experience in operations and consulting with Fortune 500 companies. Simon has led major organizational transformation projects in complex, multi-sourced environments, helped negotiate and manage operations for large outsourced deals and assessed, designed and implemented service integration and operating models for organizations across industries, including Financial Services, Energy, Utilities, Retail and Public Sector. He helps enterprises develop strategies for contracting SIAM services, evaluate benefits and risks of alternative sourcing strategies and develop models for closer business-IT alignment.
Andrea provides transformative solutions to the cross-functional challenges executives increasingly face as they attempt to define the right service delivery and operating models for their organization. Andrea advises clients on all aspects of their complex, multi-sourcing operating models, including organization, governance, process and capability elements of the operating model. She is an expert in assessing current operations and transforming and maintaining target operating models. Enterprises that have worked with Andrea have benefited from her long-term consulting and sourcing advisory expertise spanning the whole lifecycle of sourcing in the areas of IT and business process services. She is known for her extensive project and change management capability even in the face of complex and international project environments.
An expert in strategy and operations, Alexandra works with executives as they face business alignment and cross-provider challenges in increasingly complex integrated multi-sourced services. She brings clients nearly two decades of experience in IT strategy, service integration, design of target operating models and realignment of IT organizations. She works across a variety of industry verticals and has successfully delivered multiple IT strategy and transformation projects. Along with her master’s in physics from RWTH Aachen, Alexandra holds certifications in ITIL V2 and V3, Project Management Professional, Certified Information System Auditor, Cobit Basic Practitioner, Cobit 5 Foundation and SAFE.
Rajib leads ISG’s Strategy Services team and brings extensive expertise in helping clients evaluate, design and implement complex global strategies. Rajib’s experience has enabled him to provide practical and tangible results for clients across a variety of industries and address key issues that require IT transformational change. Leveraging a hands-on approach, Rajib has led and contributed to some of ISG’s largest client engagements, supporting achievement of their business objectives.
Julien leads ISG’s digital practice in the South Europe and Middle East Region. Having been involved in more than 80 successful engagements in IT performance assessment and sourcing strategy, Julien brings his clients long-term experience and insight that draws from working with ten of ISG’s largest global clients. His tight focus on achieving business objectives makes him a trusted partner clients can rely on to deliver expert guidance and measurable bottom-line results. Julien has recently led a digital transformation strategy for IT, a hybrid-cloud computing solution design and a big data benchmark for major European corporations. He is fluent in French, English, and Italian.
Over the past decade with ISG, Dale has shared with clients his expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning and technical operations, including scope-of-work and service-level agreements. He is extremely proficient in contract negotiations. His IT experience covers mainframe, data centers, systems integration, midrange servers, managed network services, end-user computing and help desk. He has helped complete acquisitions by coordinating tax, legal, finance, accounting and senior management teams. His clients benefit from his market intelligence insights in the IT industry and identification of strategic service providers. Dale has an MBA with a concentration in finance.
Nigel leverages more than 20 years of experience in service development, change management and sourcing strategy to help his clients save money and discover the long-term benefits of operating IT commercially. Nigel works with companies around the world and across a variety of industry sectors helping enterprises move to agile delivery models based on the delivery of standard services and the exploitation of emerging technology in both IT and business operations. Nigel’s expertise includes the use of benchmarking techniques and scenario analysis as the basis to drive informed change. He has an MBA and a BS in Mathematics, which he utilizes to analyze companies for opportunities to save money and time. He is recognized as a thought leader on service catalog construction and TBM.

Whether she is developing and deploying delivery methodologies or serving as the go-between for global teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery, she earns rave reviews from her clients. Throughout her more than 20-year career in information technology management and business operations, Kathy has linked IT to business value and assessed the performance of internal operations and outsourcing relationships. Her industry expertise includes oil and gas, aerospace and defense, retail, finance and local government.
