US Wireless Telecom Company
Alsbridge was responsible for the development of a strategic sourcing strategy that evaluated both on and offshore sourcing options as well as the development of a negotiation strategy to assist the client to disengage from their current outsourced billing and call center provider. After evaluating the current contracts we matched the cost of service provided and compared to market prices for similar services by establishing pricing goals and evaluating providers to potentially replace the buyer. Our client is set to achieve immediate significant cost savings based on the new cost structure.

We are supporting our client through a three phase BPO engagement that entails a review and outsourcing process of revenue accounting activity (PRAS). The initial phase involves strategy and feasibility, followed by RFP development and supplier selection, finalizing with contract negotiations.


Global Chemicals Company
Alsbridge provided service as an interim CIO for a $400 million chemical company being spun off from a parent organization while simultaneously seeking to outsource their IT function and implement an ERP. Our team performed due diligence and assisted with negotiations with each of the outsource providers. This effort required a Program Management Office implementation to successfully integrate and manage both the outsourced and in-house activities of each of the three large initiatives.


Agricultural Cooperative

Under a 50/50% Joint Venture this North American company transferred 500 FTE's to initiate a 15 year contract that was designed to push towards technological goals faster, decrease costs, utilize resources more effectively, and share the risks and rewards of technological investments.


Building Products Distributor
Our team provided enterprise effectiveness strategies to execute an HR outsourcing solution and complete RFP contract negotiation support for over 3,300 employees at 63 warehouse locations nationwide. Alsbridge led the development of all contracts and the underlying Service Level Agreements. Alignment of client requirements and vendor infrastructure capabilities helped to reduce both vendor cost and additional client savings and an earlier implementation date.


Major Private Equity Firm
Alsbridge assisted a major private equity firm in the evaluation and acquisition of the blood products division of a global chemical and healthcare company. We performed due diligence and evaluated the IT, HR, and F&A costs of the division with a budget risk in excess of $100M per year. Alsbridge assisted the client with the acquisition and developed the strategy for the creation of each function (IT, HR, and F&A) in the newly formed spin-off company.

Alsbridge provided advice on the formation and negotiation of the IT Outsourcing contract and all of the attendant agreements for this global client with 6,000 employees in 25 countries providing a wide range of technical business services including engineering, human capital management, quality relationship and custom communication solutions. Bio-pharmaceutical Company
Alsbridge provided a sourcing strategy for a new stand-alone company being divested from a parent corporation. We developed a strategy that aligned primarily with the new company's strategic business goals and general Information Technology (IT) direction. We identified and assessed the IT capabilities being provided by the parent company (soon to be unavailable) and the retained internal IT capabilities of the spin-off. Based on a gap analysis and external marketplace strengths, we developed a strategy to outsource a number of IT functions while retaining others in-house. Our consultants established the authorities and capabilities to be retained by the client; developed a multi-sourcing approach that would provide 'utility' services from a few select providers; and created a plan that rapidly facilitated the evaluation and selection process.

International Holiday and Leisure Group
Alsbridge helped the client, a $5.1B Holiday and Leisure Group with over 17,000 employees, to develop its sourcing strategy for its back office processes and managed the initial outsourcing programme. Our role included managing the bidding process, co-development of the solution, selection and contract negotiation and managing the transition of services for the offshore outsourcing of F&A, payroll and associated applications management. Alsbridge was responsible for establishing and running a programme management function to co-ordinate a range of cross-bank technology outsourcing initiatives, and to establish an infrastructure for managing the Bank's outsourcing portfolio. Our responsibilities included programme management, performance monitoring, contract review, and introduction of best practice for sourcing management. The outsourcing arrangements include existing contracts, new initiatives, and both onshore and offshore delivery.


UK Leisure Group
Client is a private UK leisure group with annual revenues in excess of $275M. Alsbridge carried out a sourcing strategy to assess the business case for offshore outsourcing of the group's entire back office business processes, including F&A, Procurement, HR and IT.


Major International Manufacturer
We managed the program to outsource pan-European F&A for over 120 FTEs in 30 countries for this international manufacturer with 18,000 employees and $2.2B in annual revenue. We supported the client throughout the entire process, including development of a sourcing strategy, drafting of an RFP, development of a supplier bid list, bid evaluation and supplier selection. We also drafted the contract schedules and negotiated the deal.

We helped this client, a global energy company with $5.3B in annual revenues, to renegotiate an existing deal with a major BPO service provider. Our efforts included all aspects of the deal, especially the pricing mechanism.
