Ben is a proven leader with over 20 years of diversified global
experience as Managing Partner, CEO and Senior Executive.
In acknowledgment of his achievements Ben has been nominated
for various Innovations in Outsourcing awards and is a recognized
leader in all areas of IT and BPO sourcing.
Alsbridge was formed in 2005 with the merger
of the Trowbridge Group, based in Dallas, Texas and ALS Consulting
Ltd, based in London, UK. Prior to forming the Trowbridge
Group, Ben served as Managing Partner for Ernst & Young’s
Outsourcing Services Business and COO for their Global Outsourcing
Business. He has created four dynamic Outsourcing organizations,
with an enviable track record in the development of new sourcing
models such as the JVsourcing™ methodology and FastSource™.
He has proven experience developing client and vendor executive
teams in such a way that results in long-term effective outsourcing
relationships.
Ben is an aggressive negotiator with a reputation for win/win
results and innovative business solutions. He has led and
supervised sourcing transactions ranging from $150 million
to $2.2 billion for a variety of activities such as F&A,
HR and IT across multiple industries to include: transportation,
consumer products, telecommunication, manufacturing, retail,
technology, entertainment and energy/utility industries.
Prior to Ernst & Young Ben served in
a variety of executive roles at EDS including Vice President
and sales and marketing leader. Prior to his civilian career
Ben served in the U.S. Marine Corps attaining the rank of
