Our History

Alsbridge Inc. was created in 2005 by a consolidation of the Trowbridge Group and ALS Consulting, the London based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Shared Services consultancy.

Our founders date back to some of the earliest market defining contracts in outsourcing, and the nascent development of Shared Services (SS). We have a broad range of known and widely quoted industry executives to next generation leaders poised to expand our capabilities and help re-define businesses products and services.

Reaching back into history, our chairman, Morton Meyerson, is distinguished by having developed an innovative concept called outsourcing, and is credited with the creation of the first offshore development centers in Latin America and India.

On the data and tools side, our leadership team has created some of the most interesting and wide ranging price, relationship, and governance benchmarks to help business leaders make informed choices.

We define our culture by the principle of sustainability, repeatability and the appropriate application of innovation. Our consultants have deep experience as buyers and advisors in all phases of outsourcing, Shared Services and benchmarking. Our consultants are among the best in the industry.
